Workers Assessed Before Placement Reliability & Commitment Profiled Replacement Support Included
The AuCrew Difference

Not just a résumé.
A reliability profile.

Every AuCrew candidate completes a five-layer certification process before placement. Site safety. Trade knowledge. Behavioural profiling. Video interview. Practical day on site.

The result: a verified score out of 100 — plus a Commitment & Retention Profile showing the worker's category, minimum placement commitment and placement length preference. You know who you're getting, and how likely they are to show up, stay and fit your site, before they pick up a tool.

Central to that process is Applied Behavioural Mapping™ (ABM) — AuCrew's proprietary assessment methodology. ABM goes beyond résumés and qualifications by analysing behavioural, situational, vocational and communication-based responses to help identify workplace readiness, reliability and role suitability. It is designed to help employers find workers who are not only capable of doing the job, but are more likely to be the right fit for the team and work environment.

"Every candidate is assessed for trade skill, site safety, behaviour and commitment — so you know who you're getting before they pick up a tool."

WORKERS WHO
SHOW UP. STAY.
AND DO THE JOB.

Assessed for reliability, commitment and site suitability before they are presented to you. If a placement fails within the agreed period, AUCREW will assist with a replacement.

AuCrew is currently onboarding construction clients nationally. Tell us the trade, location and minimum commitment needed — we will prepare scored, commitment-profiled candidate profiles for you promptly.

"AuCrew provides a verified pre-assessment score for every candidate — before you confirm the placement, not after."

This is not a filter — it's intelligence. Poor hiring decisions in construction can lead to rework, delays, lost productivity and safety risk. The cost of one bad hire can far exceed the cost of getting the assessment right.
Proprietary Methodology

Applied Behavioural Mapping™

Applied Behavioural Mapping™ (ABM) is AuCrew's proprietary assessment methodology. It goes beyond résumés and qualifications to build a practical picture of how a candidate is likely to perform — on your site, with your team, under real construction conditions.

Rather than screening on credentials alone, ABM analyses patterns across trade knowledge, site safety judgement, behavioural response, communication style and real work-context scenarios. Questions are designed to measure multiple attributes simultaneously — producing a more reliable picture of site readiness than a single interview or résumé review can provide.

Each profile gives you a clear score out of 100, built from: Real trade experience and verified work history  ·  Site safety judgement (scored, timed)  ·  Behavioural fit — how the worker handles pressure, uncertainty and crew situations  ·  Communication style and English proficiency  ·  Country and institution weighting where relevant  ·  Reliability indicators  ·  Commitment and retention profile  ·  Overall site suitability

The score does not replace your judgement — it informs it. You choose who to confirm. You know what you are deciding before you decide it.

Engagement Structure

Three Ways to Work With AuCrew

01
Direct Recruitment

Worker is recruited and placed directly with your business — on your books. Best for longer-term placements and workers you want to keep.

02
Managed Workforce

AuCrew manages payroll, compliance and worker communication. Labour hire arrangements where applicable. Best for project-based or variable headcount requirements.

03
Advise Me

Not sure which model fits your situation? Tell us your requirements and we will recommend the right structure. Best for first engagement.

How It Works

Tell us the trade, the headcount, the start date and the minimum commitment you need. We send you commitment-profiled, ranked candidate profiles. You confirm. We handle everything else.

01
Submit a Request

Tell us the trade, how many workers, your site location and start date. Takes two minutes.

02
Receive Ranked Profiles

We send you scored, verified candidate profiles — including score breakdown, worker category and stated commitment period. Not just a résumé.

03
Confirm Your Selection

Review the profiles and commitment periods. Confirm who you want. We coordinate placement, documentation and the onboarding process.

04
Workers Arrive Ready

White Card confirmed. Safety screening completed. Workers arrive prepared for site induction and ready for Day 1.

05
Replacement Support

If a placement fails within the agreed period, AUCREW will assist with a replacement. Commitment period is on record before placement begins.

What You Get

🎯
Commitment & Retention Profile

Every candidate completes a Commitment & Retention Profile — covering worker category (Traveller, Worker or Career Builder), minimum placement commitment, ideal stay period and relocation readiness. This is presented to you before you confirm any placement. Accommodation and transport requirements are matched internally and raised with you where they affect start readiness.

📋
A Verified Score for Every Candidate

Every candidate receives a score out of 100 before you see their profile. Trade knowledge, site safety, behavioural assessment, English proficiency and work history — combined into a single comparable number. You decide who to confirm. You are not guessing.

🛡
Workers Arrive Ready for Day 1

Every candidate completes a structured Australian construction safety assessment before placement is confirmed — and arrives prepared for site-specific induction. White Card status is confirmed before placement. Your foreman doesn't start from zero.

🗣
Communication Assessed, Not Assumed

English is assessed as part of the placement profile — not guessed from a résumé. The assessment measures written and verbal communication in a construction work context. Employers see whether a worker's communication level suits the role, the supervision structure and the site before anyone is confirmed.

Right-to-Work Confirmed Before Placement

AuCrew verifies visa type, work entitlement and applicable work conditions before any candidate is put forward for placement. Confirmation of work rights is provided as part of the placement process. Employers retain their own legal obligations under Australian law.

📄
Clear Pricing. No Surprises.

Direct recruitment placements are charged as a one-off placement fee per successful hire — volume discounts may apply. Labour hire and managed workforce arrangements involve ongoing invoicing for hours worked, with pay, superannuation and WorkCover included in the charge-out rate. Pricing structure and scope are confirmed before any placement begins.

Candidate Profiles Returned Promptly

Once your role requirements are clear — trade, headcount, location, start date and minimum commitment — AuCrew prepares scored, commitment-profiled candidate profiles for your review. For urgent requirements, contact us directly.

🔄
Replacement Support

If a placement fails within the agreed guarantee period, AUCREW will assist with a replacement. The candidate's stated commitment period is on record before placement begins — and presented to you before you confirm.

Pricing structure, billing model and inclusions are confirmed before any placement begins — whether direct recruitment, labour hire or managed workforce. No surprises on the first invoice.

💰
Construction Rates Worth Coming For

Australia continues to attract skilled workers from around the world. Strong construction demand, competitive rates and the opportunity to experience a different lifestyle make it an opportunity worth exploring.

🎯
Matched to the Right Role — Not Just Any Role

AuCrew uses a structured assessment to understand your trade background, work preferences, experience and how you operate on site. That picture is used to match you with roles that suit you — not to fill a vacancy with whoever is available. Suitable applicants move to a placement conversation, not a generic waiting list.

You Know What You're Agreeing To Before You Commit

We confirm the proposed role, rate and expectations before placement so you can make a practical decision before committing. Pay is confirmed before placement — rates depend on your role, trade and site.

🏠
Support Getting Settled

Moving to a new country takes some organising. Before you start work, we can help point you toward accommodation options and work through transport to site — so you are not figuring it out on your first morning.

🪪
Your Trade Skills and Tickets Work in Your Favour

Any tickets or trade qualifications you already hold — White Card, forklift, EWP, working at heights, first aid — are recorded in your profile and put forward to employers. The more you have, the stronger your placement position.

🔓
Free to Apply. No Lock-In Until You're Ready.

There is no cost to apply or complete the assessment. You decide whether any placement works for you before committing. Where employed through AuCrew, payroll and superannuation are handled correctly.

The assessment is designed to help match you with the right work environment, not to trick you or catch you out.

The assessment is completely free. There is no cost to complete the assessment. Your documents are reviewed by AuCrew only and are not shared with employers or agents without your written consent.

Before You Start — What to Have Ready

Read through this page first, then click Start Assessment below. The assessment takes 30–60 minutes. Have these ready on your phone or computer if you can — you will be asked to confirm what you hold. AUCREW may ask you to send copies later.

Documents to have ready

REQUIRED BEFORE SITE WORK

A White Card is Australian construction safety induction training. Most construction sites require it before you can start work. You can start the AUCREW assessment before you have one, but you will usually need a White Card before placement. AUCREW can advise what is needed for your role and location.

Passport / photo ID
Any valid photo identity document. Passport preferred.

Visa grant notice, VEVO screenshot, or whatever confirms your current work rights. Applicants still arranging a visa can still start.
